Move Past the Event
(A Wine Musing)
Unless you have never tried, you have experienced failure. Failure is not who you are. Failure is a lesson, a course correction or a strength builder. Failure may be all three.
Importantly, failure is not a permanent state of your existence. Failure helps you move on to better things. But, you have a say in how long a failure event affects your emotional outlook and mental state. You get to decide how long you feel stuck.
Look for the lesson – if there is one, acknowledge it and learn from it. If there isn’t (or you don’t currently see it), resolve to keep moving forward. You will succeed.
